At 38, I felt as if my body had already been around for twice as long.
Tension, strain, and lack of mobility were constant companions.
I was a self-employed roofer – on my feet every day, every task under full strain.
At some point I realized that my body couldn't keep up anymore.

A conversation with an osteopath changed everything back then.
He explained to me how important it is to stretch the body regularly, loosen fascia, and allow yourself short periods of rest.
I began to delve more deeply into the topics of fascia work, relaxation and regeneration – initially with simple stretching exercises, later with tools such as fascia rollers, massage devices and relaxation products.

The first few weeks were tough, but I stuck with it.
Over time, I felt my body become more flexible and my mind calmer.
For the first time in years, I felt truly at peace with myself again.

This experience shaped me so profoundly that I founded RelaxxZen.
A place where I offer exactly the products that have helped me personally –
Tools that help bring more mobility, balance and energy back into everyday life.
